Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 tsp, leveled black peppercorns
  • 4 cloves
  • 1 stalk(s) cinnamon
  • 2 star anise
  • 1 tsp honey
  • lemon juice
  • 800 ml water

Instructions

Working time approx. 2 minutes; Rest time approx. 3 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 2 minutes; Total time approx. 7 minutes

Roughly crush the peppercorns and cloves. Simmer 800 ml of water and the spices for 1-2 minutes, then let it steep for about 3 minutes. Add honey and season with a little lemon juice.
