- 4 slices of Leberkäse
- 1 onion(s)
- 1 bell pepper(s)
- 2 tomatoes
- Cheese, grated
- pepper
- Salt
- some oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Grill the Leberkäse (meatloaf). Meanwhile, sauté finely chopped onions in a pan. Add the sliced bell peppers and thinly sliced tomatoes, sauté briefly, and season with salt and pepper. Place the vegetables on top of the Leberkäse, sprinkle with cheese, and serve.
