Spicy soup with minced meat

Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 500 g minced meat
  • 800 ml beef broth
  • 1 pack of frozen vegetables (broccoli, cauliflower, carrots)
  • 350 ml tomato juice
  • 800 g tomatoes, chopped
  • 2 tsp Italian seasoning mix
  • Parmesan, freshly grated

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

In a large saucepan, brown the ground beef and drain. Add the broth, vegetables, tomato juice, chopped tomatoes, and seasonings. Bring to a boil. Continue simmering until the vegetables are tender. Serve with Parmesan cheese and baguette. Tip: You can also add cooked pasta at the end!
