Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 3 m.-tall vine tomatoes
- 1 lettuce heart(s)
- 3 Celery
- 1 pack of Greek sheep’s cheese
- 1 onion(s)
- 100 g bacon cubes
- 1 garlic clove(s)
- 2 tsp capers, small
- ¼ lemon(s), the juice
- 1 tbsp vinaigrette (vinaigrette preparation)
- Pumpkin seed oil
- Balsamic vinegar, white
- olive oil
- salt and pepper
Instructions

Wash the tomatoes, celery, and lettuce in cold water. Then cut everything into small pieces, including the lettuce and feta cheese. Cut the onion and garlic into small pieces or slices, fry them in a pan with the bacon, and then sauté. Deglaze with the lemon juice and add the capers. Place the tomatoes, celery, lettuce, and feta cheese in a salad bowl and pour the contents of the pan over the salad. Sprinkle the vinaigrette mixture over the salad. Then add the vinegar, olive oil, and pumpkin seed oil, season with salt and pepper, and toss the salad thoroughly.
