Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 250 g light mascarpone
- 500 g strawberries, fresh (or frozen)
- 1 tbsp sugar

Own creation
Reserve four strawberries for garnish. Hull half of the strawberries, then puree them with or without sugar, depending on their sweetness. Then, in a food processor, blend the mascarpone with the other half of the strawberries and 1-2 tablespoons of sugar until well blended. Alternate the strawberry sauce and mascarpone cream in tall, narrow glasses. Garnish each glass with a thinly sliced strawberry.
