Stuffed Peppers on Braised Tomatoes

The perfect stuffed peppers on braised tomatoes recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

Paprika:

  • 5 Red pointed peppers
  • 1 Can Legumes mixed
  • 200 g Pull pork
  • 100 ml Tomato sauce / rest
  • 150 g Grated cheese
  • Telly cherry pepper
  • Chives fresh

Braised tomatoes:

  • 1 pinch Seasoned salt from my KB
  • 1 pinch Garlic pepper from my KB
  • 1 shot Vinegar
  • 1 pinch Sugar
  • 1 pinch Telly cherry pepper
  • Finely chopped parsley
  • 1 shot Olive oil

Braised tomatoes:

  1. Wash the tomatoes, cut in half, remove the stalk and roughly dice. Put the garlic pepper, seasoned salt, vinegar, sugar, pepper, parsley, olive oil and tomato cubes in a baking dish and mix well and preheat the oven to 180 degrees!

Paprika:

  1. Clean the peppers, cut in half, remove the core and wash. Then mix pulled pork with tomato sauce, legumes, pepper and 50g cheese. Then distribute the filling on the pepper halves, press down a little and place on the prepared tomato cubes. Sprinkle with the rest of the cheese!
  2. Now bake the peppers in the oven for about 45 minutes! Sprinkle with chives later! There was also butter rice! 🙂
