Super-delicious chocolate peanut caramel cookies. The recipe for the cookie from “How I Met Your Mother”
Cream the peanut butter. Then add the egg, both types of sugar, and the vanilla sugar, and mix everything vigorously with a hand mixer until smooth. Add the flour, then the baking powder, salt, ground peanuts, and grated chocolate. You should have a slightly sticky but firm dough; add a little milk if necessary. Now add the peanuts, chocolate pieces, and caramel pieces. Knead the dough well. It’s normal for the dough to crumble a little. Refrigerate the dough for 1-2 hours. After the cooling time, the dough should be easy to shape. If it is, divide the dough into 12 portions and form them into balls, which you then flatten into cookies. Bake at 175°C (top/bottom heat) for 12-20 minutes. After 10-12 minutes, they will be nice and sticky. At 20 minutes, the sugar will solidify, so the cookies will be very crispy. Everyone likes it their own way.
