Super delicious pasta with vegetable sauce and sunflower seeds

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 250 g pasta
  • 1 carrot(s)
  • ½ bell pepper(s), yellow
  • 1 zucchini
  • 1 handful of sugar snap peas
  • n. B. Oil or fat of your choice
  • 2 spring onions
  • e.g. tomatoes, pureed
  • 1 tsp soy cream fraîche (crème fraîche alternative)
  • e.g. sunflower seeds
  • e.g. salt and pepper
  • e.g. turmeric
  • some oregano

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Cook the pasta as usual. Then drain. Clean and finely chop the vegetables, and briefly fry them in oil or fat of your choice. Add the passata (amount as needed) and vegan crème fraîche and bring to a boil briefly. Meanwhile, toast the sunflower seeds (amount as desired) and then add them. Season to taste. Arrange on plates and serve.
