Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 kg quark (low-fat quark)
- 250 g cream cheese
- 3 eggs
- 200 g sugar
- 2 packets of vanilla sugar
- 1 packet of pudding powder (vanilla pudding)
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 55 g semolina
- 1 can/n apricot(s) (250 g net weight)
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Preheat the oven to 180°C. Combine the quark and eggs in a mixing bowl. Mix all the remaining ingredients, except the apricots, and fold into the quark mixture. Pour half of the quark mixture into a springform pan lined with baking paper, spread the fruit on top, and then top with the other half. Bake on the middle rack for about 1 hour until light brown.
