Super Shortbread Cookies

The perfect super shortbread cookies recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 500 g Flour
  • 250 gr Butter
  • 250 gr Sugar
  • 3 piece Egg yolk
  • 2 Teaspoon. Baking powder
  • 2 packet Vanilla sugar
  • 1 Pc. Grated lemon peel
  • 1 pinch Salt
  1. Mix butter with sugar until foamy, stir in egg yolks, lemon zest, vanilla sugar and salt. Mix flour with baking powder, add spoon by spoon and knead in the rest of the flour. Turn the dough through a meat grinder and bake the cookies at 175 degrees for 15 minutes.
