Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 600 g butter biscuits
  • 100 g walnuts, chopped
  • 250 g butter
  • 1 can condensed milk, sweetened (Milkmaid)
  • 2 tsp, heaped cocoa powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour

Grind the butter cookies until they feel like sand. Then, combine the butter cookies, walnuts, butter, sweetened condensed milk, and cocoa powder in a large bowl and knead into a smooth dough (Tip: You can take the butter out of the refrigerator half an hour beforehand to make it easier to work with). Now form the mixture into “potatoes” and roll them in cocoa powder. Tip: The potatoes taste best if they’ve spent a night in the refrigerator.
