  • 300 g yogurt
  • 200 g sour cream
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 3 tbsp Tandoori spice mix
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 3 hours; Total time approx. 3 hours 15 minutes

Slice the meat and sear, then place it in a casserole dish. Mix together the yogurt, sour cream, tandoori spice, lemon juice, sliced ​​onion, and crushed garlic, and season with salt and pepper. Pour this mixture over the meat and refrigerate for several hours. Bake in the oven at 200°C for about 1 hour. Serve with fragrant Thai rice.
