Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g pork loin(s)
- 300 g yogurt
- 200 g sour cream
- 1 onion(s)
- 2 cloves garlic
- 3 tbsp Tandoori spice mix
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 3 hours; Total time approx. 3 hours 15 minutes
Slice the meat and sear, then place it in a casserole dish. Mix together the yogurt, sour cream, tandoori spice, lemon juice, sliced onion, and crushed garlic, and season with salt and pepper. Pour this mixture over the meat and refrigerate for several hours. Bake in the oven at 200°C for about 1 hour. Serve with fragrant Thai rice.
