Tortellini – Mozzarella Casserole

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 2 packs of tortellini
  • 2 packs of mozzarella
  • 2 can/n tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 100 g Parmesan, grated
  • salt and pepper
  • Herbs, Italian

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Cook the tortellini according to the package instructions and then place it in a buttered baking dish. Finely chop the mozzarella and toss it with the tortellini. Finely chop the onion and sauté it, then add the chopped tomatoes. Season well with pepper, salt, and Italian herbs, adding a little more tomato paste if desired. Pour the sauce over the tortellini, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, and bake at 200°C for 10-15 minutes.
