Tuna salad with pineapple

Ingredients for 8 servings:

  • 1 kg pasta
  • 2 cans of tuna
  • 6 garlic cloves
  • 1 can pineapple, diced
  • 1 tbsp curry
  • 1 jar mayonnaise

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 3 hours; Total time approx. 3 hours 20 minutes

Cook the pasta and drain. Finely slice the garlic cloves and brown them in the pan. Add the drained tuna and pineapple cubes. Briefly fry everything. Remove from the pan and stir in the mayonnaise. Transfer the pasta to a bowl and stir in the tuna mixture. Then refrigerate for about 3 hours.
