Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 1 can of tuna
- 3 tbsp oil (olive oil)
- 1 tbsp vinegar (wine vinegar)
- 5 tbsp mixed vegetables, cooked or canned
- 3 tbsp canned white beans
- 1 onion(s), finely sliced rings
- 2 tbsp tomato paste
- 1 tomato(s), diced
- salt and pepper
- 1 egg(s), boiled, sliced
- Sugar
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Mix the oil and vinegar with the spices, add the other ingredients, and finally fold in the tuna. Season to taste. Let everything simmer for a while. Garnish with the egg slices. Serve with fresh baguette or other ingredients. This makes a delicious dinner.
