Ingredients

  • For the yeast dough:
  • 500 g Flour
  • 10 g Salt
  • 1 tsp Pizza seasoning
  • 50 ml Oil
  • 250 ml Milk
  • 0,5 tsp Sugar
  • 0,5 cube Yeast
  • For the mince:
  • 1 tbsp Oil
  • 500 g Minced meat
  • 4 small Diced onions
  • 4 small Diced tomatoes
  • 4 Garlic cloves chopped
  • 1 bunch Parsely
  • 100 g Tomato paste
  • Salt, pepper, paprika hot and noble sweet
  • Brush egg yolks with 1 tablespoon of water
  • Possibly sesame and caraway seeds to sprinkle

Instructions

  • Let the oil get hot in a pan and fry the mince with onions until crumbly. Add tomatoes, garlic, tomato paste and parsley and season everything to taste. Simmer until the tomato water has evaporated.
  • Put the mince in a sieve, drain and allow to cool. The sauce that is caught can still be used very well for tomato rice.
  • Put all dry ingredients for the yeast dough in a bowl. Warm the milk and dissolve the yeast and sugar in it. Add the yeast milk and oil to the other ingredients and work into a smooth dough. Let go for 45 minutes.
  • Knead the yeast dough again and divide into 15 pieces. Roll out each part flat and put a tablespoon of minced meat on top.
  • Beat the yeast dough right and left over the mince and roll it up from the mince side into a roll. Put on a tray. Mix the egg yolks with water and brush the rolls with it. Sprinkle sesame seeds and caraway seeds on top.
  • Preheat the oven to 170 ° and bake the Börrek for 15 minutes.
