Vanilla yogurt with fruit

Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 1 pack of frozen raspberries
  • 1 can/n peach(s)
  • 600 ml whipped cream
  • 600 ml yogurt (vanilla yogurt, 0.1% fat)
  • 3 packs of cream stiffener
  • 3 packets of vanilla sugar
  • sugar, brown

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

It’s best to use a glass bowl for this dessert; it looks great. First, add the frozen raspberries to the bowl. Drain the peaches, then dice them, and place them on top of the raspberries. Whip the cream with cream stabilizer and vanilla sugar until stiff. Then fold the yogurt into the cream. This cream is then poured over the fruit. Finally, sprinkle everything with brown sugar. This yogurt dessert is best prepared the day before.
