Vegan: Paprika Goulash
The perfect vegan: paprika goulash recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 1 Red Bell pepper
- 1 yellow Bell pepper
- 1 green Bell pepper
- 20 g Vegan butter
- 1 medium sized Diced onion
- 1 toe Garlic fresh
- 500 ml Sieved tomatos
- 2 tbsp My vegetable salt *
- 1 tbsp Of my celery salt *
- Wash and remove the peppers, then dice them finely, sprinkle with the vegetable salt, close the lid and shake. The whole thing should steep for a good 10 minutes.
- Brown the diced onion with the garlic in the vegan butter.
- Now add the marinated paprika mix and should stew a little well. Sprinkle with the celery salt and let it stew.
- Now the bottle of organic tomatoes is added and heated, season well with freshly ground pepper 🙂 Done!
