Vegetable soup with meat

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g pork ribs
  • 2 m.-large kohlrabi
  • 4 medium-sized carrots
  • 1 m.-large leek
  • ½ celery root
  • 4 m.-sized potatoes
  • Salt
  • vegetable broth

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Boil 1 1/2 liters of water, add salt and vegetable stock. Wash the pork ribs and add them to the stock. Cook for about 30 minutes. In the meantime, dice and wash the vegetables. After 30 minutes, remove the ribs from the stock and add the vegetables. Remove the meat from the bones, chop it finely, and mix it with the vegetables. Cook for another 30 minutes. Season with vegetable stock to taste.
