Vegetarian: Spaghetti Arrabiata

The perfect vegetarian: spaghetti arrabiata recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

Spaghetti:

  • 200 g Viennese Griessler
  • 2 Eggs
  • 2 Salt
  • 1 pinch Turmeric
  • 1 shot Oil

Arrabiata sauce:

  • 1 Onion
  • 1 toe Garlic
  • 1 Can Tomatoes happened
  • 1 Chili
  • 400 ml Vegetable stock
  • 1 El Tomato paste
  • Olive oil for frying
  • Sugar
  • Salt and pepper
  • Dried oregano
  1. For the pasta, process everything into a firm dough, refrigerate for an hour and then process into pasta. I had finished drying the noodles and just had to cook them.
  2. Chop the onions, chilli and garlic and fry in a little olive oil. Add the tomato paste and sauté briefly and deglaze with the stock.
  3. Add the tomatoes and let everything reduce slightly. Season the sauce with salt, pepper and a little sugar and then puree with the magic wand. Add the oregano and serve.
