Vegetarian: Spaghetti Arrabiata
The perfect vegetarian: spaghetti arrabiata recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
Spaghetti:
- 200 g Viennese Griessler
- 2 Eggs
- 2 Salt
- 1 pinch Turmeric
- 1 shot Oil
Arrabiata sauce:
- 1 Onion
- 1 toe Garlic
- 1 Can Tomatoes happened
- 1 Chili
- 400 ml Vegetable stock
- 1 El Tomato paste
- Olive oil for frying
- Sugar
- Salt and pepper
- Dried oregano
- For the pasta, process everything into a firm dough, refrigerate for an hour and then process into pasta. I had finished drying the noodles and just had to cook them.
- Chop the onions, chilli and garlic and fry in a little olive oil. Add the tomato paste and sauté briefly and deglaze with the stock.
- Add the tomatoes and let everything reduce slightly. Season the sauce with salt, pepper and a little sugar and then puree with the magic wand. Add the oregano and serve.
