Whole Grain Bread

Whole grain bread
- 450 ml Water, filtered lukewarm
- 1 tsp Raw cane sugar
- 250 g Whole wheat flour
- 250 g Wholemeal spelled flour
- 1 cube Yeast
- 10 g Salt
- 2 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1 tsp Butter for brushing
- Put lukewarm filtered water, raw cane sugar and the crumbled yeast in a mixing bowl / food processor. Stir until everything has dissolved. Then add the remaining ingredients one after the other, except for the butter. Knead and either decant or let rise covered in a warm place. About 1 hour.
- Then take it out once and knead it with your hands. Now take the butter and brush a bread pan with it. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Then let the dough slide in. Unfortunately I forgot to take this picture. Cover and let rise again for a quarter of an hour.
- Then put in the preheated oven and bake for about 50 to 60 minutes. The bread is ready when it sounds hollow when you knock it. After baking, place on a rack and cool slightly. Then fall out of the bread pan and let cool down completely.
