  • 1 cup sour cream, 200 g
  • 1 cup of crème fraîche, 200 g

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

simple, quick and delicious, about 20 toasts

Preheat the oven to 180°C fan/convection oven. Finely dice the onion (if you don’t feel like chopping onions, you can also use pre-sliced frozen onions). Mix the onions, bacon, sour cream, crème fraîche, and cheese and season with salt and pepper to taste. Place the slices of toast on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Spread the mixture on the slices with a tablespoon. If you have any leftover cheese, you can sprinkle the slices with the remaining cheese. Place the slices in the oven for about 15-20 minutes, until golden brown. For something a little different, you can also halve pre-baked rolls and spread the mixture on them. This makes about 18-20 slices of toast.
