Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 200 g flour
- 100 ml water
- 4 tbsp oil
- 1 tsp salt
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Knead everything with a hand mixer. If the dough becomes lumpy, add a little more water and continue kneading. Transfer to a work surface and knead thoroughly with your hands. Cover and let rest for about 30 minutes so the flour can swell. Then divide the dough into 8 portions, shape into rounds, and roll out very thinly—the thinner the better. Place in a preheated, very hot pan without oil and bake until the flatbread bubbles. Then turn over and finish baking quickly. Fill and enjoy.
