Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 tortilla(s)
  • 2 tsp sour cream
  • 2 tsp crème fraîche
  • 7 slice(s) turkey breast slices
  • 1 small onion(s)
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Snack for in between meals or with salad a tasty small main meal,

Preheat oven to 180-200 degrees Celsius. Mix the sour cream and crème fraîche. Spread on the tortilla and season with salt and pepper. Dice the turkey ham and onion and top the tortilla with them. Bake in the oven for about 10-15 minutes, until the edges are nicely browned and crispy. This snack has a 6-PP rating in the new WW program PP 2.0.
