Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 4 cl brandy
  • 1 lemon(s)
  • 400 ml apple juice
  • ½ vanilla pod(s)
  • 1 piece(s) ginger (1cm)
  • 1 tsp brown sugar
  • 1 stalk(s) cinnamon
  • 2 cloves

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Divide the brandy between two punch glasses. Rinse the lemon with hot water and thinly peel it. Heat the apple juice with the split vanilla pod, lemon zest, peeled ginger, sugar, cinnamon, cloves, and the juice of half a lemon over low heat until the sugar has dissolved. Strain the hot juice through a sieve. Divide the spiced, hot apple juice between the punch glasses and serve.
