Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 m.-large eggplant(s)
- 2 cloves garlic
- some salt
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes
Side dish for grilled food
Wash the eggplant, pierce it with a fork, and bake at 200°C (top/bottom heat) for about 25 minutes. Let it cool slightly. Then slice it lengthwise, scoop out the flesh, and mash it finely with a fork. Add the crushed garlic cloves. Season with salt and lemon juice. Then refrigerate. Serve well chilled with grilled meat or on baguette, or enjoy on its own.
