Apple – yogurt – glass

  • 50 g *Marzipan
  • 200 g *Naturjoghurt
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 1 cups Cream
  • 0,25 tsp Raw cane sugar
  • 50 g Chocolate shavings
  • 4 Apples
  • 4 leaves Apple mint

Apple – yogurt – glass

  1. Crush the marzipan in a machine and stir it together with the natural yoghurt. Add lemon juice. Put the cream in a tall container and slowly pour in the raw cane sugar. Clean, wash and dry the apples with a paper towel.
  2. Take an apple divider and divide one at a time. Cut the wedges into pieces. Fold the whipped cream into the marzipan yoghurt. Then the whole thing is layered in 4 glasses. First marzipan yoghurt, apple pieces, chocolate shavings alternately. Finally, decorate each with an apple mint leaf.
