Cinnamon Roll Overnight Oats

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 80 g oat flakes, wholemeal
  • 100 g Greek yogurt
  • 120 ml milk
  • ½ tsp cream cheese
  • 1 tsp cane sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • some vanilla extract

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 6 hours; Total time approx. 6 hours 15 minutes

Oatmeal breakfast with cinnamon

Mix all ingredients together. Let it sit in the refrigerator for several hours, preferably overnight. Sprinkle the mixture with more cinnamon or chopped nuts to serve.
