Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 400 ml whipped cream
  • 300 ml white rum
  • 100 g sugar
  • 3 tbsp Nutella
  • 2 tsp spice mix (cinnamon star spice)

Whip the cream until stiff, but not stiff. Then add the rum, sugar, Nutella, and seasoning and stir until well combined. Season to taste. Rinse one large or two small bottles thoroughly and boil briefly. To do this, simply pour boiling water from the kettle onto the bottles and pour into them. Using a funnel, fill the bottles. This makes just over 800 ml. 1200 kcal per serving.
