Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 400 g tortellini (goat cheese tortellini) from the refrigerated section
- 200 g bacon cubes
- 3 spring onions
- 5 dates
- 250 g cooking cream
- 3 tsp honey
- salt and pepper

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
sweet and sour
Cook the tortellini in boiling water according to the instructions, or let it simmer and set aside. Slice the spring onions into thin rings. Finely dice the dates. Brown the bacon cubes in a large pan, then deglaze with the cooking cream. Add the spring onions and dates and bring back to a boil briefly, then immediately remove from the heat. Add the honey and season with salt and pepper. Add the cooked tortellini and fold in.
