Jacket Potatoes with Coriander Quark
The perfect jacket potatoes with coriander quark recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 300 g Waxy potatoes
- 250 g Lowfat quark
- 80 g Yogurt 10% fat
- 1 small Onion
- Salt and pepper
- 0,5 bunch Fresh coriander
- Coarse salt
- Wash the potatoes and cook in the skin for about 20-25 minutes.
- In the meantime: peel the onion and cut into fine cubes, wash the coriander, shake dry and roughly chop. Mix the low-fat quark with the yoghurt, onion, salt, pepper and chopped coriander.
- Drain the potatoes, let them steam out and sprinkle with coarse salt. Serve with the coriander quark.
