Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 ml milk
  • 80 g sugar
  • 150 ml cream
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 80 g pistachios, ground

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Mix the egg yolks and sugar thoroughly. The sugar must be completely dissolved. Whip the cream until stiff peaks form and fold into the egg yolk and sugar mixture. Combine the milk with the ground pistachios and stir into the other ingredients. Pour the entire pistachio mixture into a prepared ice cream maker and churn for approximately 40 to 50 minutes.
