Pork loin in cream sauce with tomato paste

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 pork loin(s)
  • 8 slice(s) jerked beef, thinly sliced
  • 150 g crème fraîche
  • 150 g sour cream
  • 300 g sweet cream
  • 2 tbsp tomato paste
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Loin in the casserole dish

Cut the loin into slices. Wrap each slice in the jerked beef and place it raw in a small casserole dish. Combine the remaining ingredients to make a sauce, season well with salt and pepper, bring to a boil, and pour it over the loin. Bake in an electric oven at 200°C for about 20-25 minutes. Pasta and salad go well with it. This is a super simple and delicious dish that’s also perfect for a larger birthday party.
