Quark dip with goat cheese and sage

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 300 g low-fat curd cheese
  • 150 g goat’s cheese
  • 1 tsp honey (forest honey)
  • 2 sage leaves
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Whisk the low-fat quark with cream cheese and honey. Finely chop the sage leaves and stir into the dip. Season with salt and pepper. If you like it a little sweeter, you can add more honey to the dip. Delicious with roasted vegetables, potatoes, or meat.
