Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 slices of toast
  • n. B. Cream cheese, natural
  • n. B. Remoulade
  • 50 g smoked salmon
  • 2 leaves of romaine lettuce
  • 4 slice(s) cucumber(s)

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Lightly toast the bread and then spread both slices with cream cheese. Place lettuce leaves on a slice and spread with remoulade. Layer the salmon on top and spread with remoulade. Then arrange the cucumber slices on top of the fish and cover everything with the second slice of toast. Serve immediately.
