Swedish quark dish

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 20 g starch flour
  • ½ packet of vanilla sugar
  • ¼ liter of milk
  • 250 g low-fat curd cheese
  • 40 g sugar
  • 150 g apples
  • lemon juice

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Combine the cornstarch and vanilla sugar with cold milk and heat while stirring until thickened. Then chill. Combine the low-fat quark with the sugar and beat until fluffy. Carefully stir in the cooled cornstarch mixture. Wash, peel, core, and dice the apples, and drizzle with a little lemon juice. Immediately fold into the quark. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
