Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 4 slice(s) toast bread (sandwich toast)
  • 150 g tuna, in water
  • 4 tbsp salad cream (20% fat), e.g. Miracel Whip
  • 1 tbsp mustard, mild
  • Salt
  • Pepper, from the mill
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1 small onion(s), red
  • 4 leaves lettuce, green

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Cut the toast slices diagonally. Drain the tuna and shred it with a fork. Combine the salad cream with the mustard, salt, and pepper, and stir in the tuna. Wash the tomatoes, remove the stems, and thinly slice them. Peel the onion and slice into thin rings. Wash the lettuce leaves and spin dry. Top the toast with the lettuce, tuna paste, tomato slices, and onion rings. Also delicious with cucumber slices and/or diced bell peppers.
