Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 1 kg potatoes
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp flour
- 3 tbsp bacon, diced (streaky)
- 3 tbsp onion(s), diced
- Oil, for baking
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Peel the potatoes, grate them raw, and mix them with salt, egg, and flour. Brown the bacon and onions and add them to the potato batter. Heat the fat in a pan. Form small patties from the batter and place them in the hot fat. Fry until golden brown and serve hot.
